𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 project is a contemporary architectural design for luxury hotels that expresses an Arab identity. It carefully balances the clarity of architectural relationships and distinct masses, the precision of materials, and the guest experience in the heart of the city. The design approach focuses on creating a cohesive architectural composition that responds to functional requirements, harmonizes visually with the surrounding environment, and aligns with the spatial identity. The architectural language of the design is characterized by its clear volumes, harmonious facades, and a delicate balance between solid and transparent elements. Large openings and panoramic windows allow natural light to flood the interior spaces while maintaining a strong visual connection with the surrounding landscape. The spatial organization emphasizes the fluidity of movement and visual continuity, guiding guests through a series of spaces that gradually reveal different perspectives of the project. Transitional areas, external terraces, and coordinated elements are integrated into the architectural composition to enhance the relationship between the interior and exterior environments. The choice of materials reflects a blend of modern finishes and natural touches, creating a sophisticated atmosphere that combines contemporary elegance with warmth. Light, shadow, and carefully framed views play a pivotal role in shaping the spatial experience throughout the project. Through this approach, the project aims to provide a balanced architectural environment where functionality, comfort, and beauty are integrated, reflecting INEX CREATIVE's design philosophy of creating thoughtful and timeless architectural spaces.
